At AK Notary, we respect your time and are committed to providing fast, reliable online notary services. To keep things running smoothly and serve all clients effectively, we have put in place the following cancellation and refund policy.
Invoice and Payment Policy
For your convenience, an invoice for services provided will be sent to you via email. We kindly ask that payment be completed in full before notarized documents are released.
To ensure accurate processing and recordkeeping, notarized documents will be provided once payment has been received and confirmed. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us continue to offer timely and professional service to all clients.

Cancellations & No Shows
Notification of Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. You can reach us by email or text.

No-Shows:
We value your time and ours. If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it may affect our ability to offer future services.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may not be eligible to book future appointments with us. We understand that emergencies happen, and we appreciate advance communication whenever possible so we can accommodate changes.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Due to the nature of notary services, completed notarizations or finalized notary acts are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be considered for advance payments for services that have not yet been provided.
