Pricing and Payment Policy
Pricing is based on the number and type of documents requiring notarization. An invoice quote will be sent via email prior to the appointment. Once the quote is approved, the appointment will be confirmed. Notarized documents will be released only after the invoice has been paid in full. Thank you for your understanding.
Tips for a Successful Remote Online Notary Appointment
At AK Notary, we make remote notarizations convenient, secure, and stress-free. To help your appointment go smoothly, follow these simple tips:
1. Use the Right Device
Ensure you have a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a working camera and microphone. This allows clear communication during your appointment.
2. Check Your Internet Connection
A strong and stable internet connection is essential to avoid interruptions or delays.
3. Prepare Your Document
Have your document fully ready and formatted before your appointment. Notaries cannot make changes during the session.
4. Be Punctual
Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may require rescheduling, which can cause delays.
5. Bring Valid Identification
You’ll need a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to complete the notarization.
