Cancellation Policy
By scheduling an appointment with AK Notary Signings, clients agree that cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of fees paid. Payment is required in advance for Remote Online Notary (RON) appointments, and no-show appointments are non-refundable. Loan signing appointments canceled after documents have been printed may be subject to print and travel fees, and additional fees may apply for second trips caused by scheduling changes, missing identification, or incomplete documents not caused by the notary. All signers must provide valid, unexpired government-issued identification at the appointment, and completed notarial acts are non-refundable. AK Notary Signings reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, including improper identification, suspected fraud, unsafe environments, inappropriate behavior, or requests that violate notarial laws.
